I had heard people raving about Lush products on the internet so this Christmas I decided to try them out for myself. Lush is a retailer that produces fresh and handmade cosmetics. A few weeks back I was at Lincoln Road and ended up going into their store, which by the way smells super delicious! Once I got in, I immediately started to try out everything from the lip scrubs, to the lotions, to the shower gels. I had no idea what I wanted to get so someone from the store told me a good idea would be to pick out one of their pre-wrapped boxes that brings a few of their popular items and I did. (Making decisions isn't really my strong suit.)
I've been using their Charity Pot lotion and it really makes my skin feel super soft and smell great! On New Year's Eve I tried out the Mask of Magnaminty, So White shower gel, and another one of their lotions called Celebrate and have only good things to say! I love how everything smells fresh and really feels like it's working.
My favorite part about Lush has to be what they stand for. They are against animal testing and they donate to many charities. The first lotion I bought that day is called Charity Pot. With every purchase of Charity Pot, Lush donates 100% of the price to small, grassroots organizations working in the areas of environmental conservation, animal welfare and human rights. Who doesn't feel great after giving back and donating? Everything is also 100% vegetarian and handmade so you can trust what you're putting on your skin!
Now it's your turn to do good AND feel good by going to http://www.lushusa.com !
